Fundamenta is a financial institution operating in Hungary, offering housing loans and savings products. The company aims to facilitate home ownership and financial stability for customers through various savings and funding solutions. Fundamenta strives to build long-term customer relationships, supported by high-level customer service and an innovative product range.

The Project

Fundamenta decided to develop its digital interfaces to enhance customer relationships and internal operational efficiency. The primary goal was to create a partner portal, later expanding to include version upgrades and a website redesign. The developments prioritized integrating various internal systems, incorporating interactive elements and calculators (such as mortgage and savings calculators) to assist customers in their financial decision-making.

The Solution

Collaborating with the Webtown team, Fundamenta successfully executed several crucial digital projects. In addition to crafting the new partner portal, they implemented a version upgrade and a complete website redesign, offering a modern and user-friendly interface. Introducing calculators integrated with internal systems and interactive elements, they also developed an agent portal for personal bankers. The agent portal provides various features supporting daily operations, including news, galleries, commission calculators, and business management solutions. 

These developments significantly contributed to Fundamenta's digital transformation, improving the efficiency of customer service and the quality of customer relationships.
