Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right of access
You can request information about whether we process your personal data, and if so, what data and for what purpose.

Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
You can request the deletion of your data if it is no longer needed, or if you have withdrawn your consent.

We ensure the security of personal data through appropriate technical and organizational measures, protecting it against unauthorized access, alteration, transmission, disclosure, deletion or destruction, as well as against accidental loss or damage. 11. Protection of Minors' Data

Our services are primarily intended for corporate (B2B) clients, and we do not knowingly target the collection of data from individuals under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a minor under 16 without the consent of their legal representative, we will take immediate steps to delete that data.

Under Article 8 of the GDPR, Member States may set the age threshold for consent-based data processing between 13 and 16 years; in Hungary, this age is 16. The earlier English-language "under 13" wording reflected the US COPPA regulation, which is not the applicable EU/Hungarian rule.

12. Remedies

If you believe that the processing of your data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH):

  • Registered seat: 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11.
