AJBH

In 2013, we delivered our first joint Liferay-based project for AJBH (Office of the Commissioner for Fundamental Rights), and in 2021, they once again required our expertise. The projects focused not only on portal updates but also on accessibility, custom portlet development, and system integration.

Solution: During the 2021 collaboration, it was crucial for AJBH to ensure the Liferay system operated efficiently and was up-to-date. Alongside the portal update, we emphasized accessibility, strictly adhering to the WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines). As a result, the portal now features high contrast ratios and is easily navigable via keyboard, catering to the needs of visually impaired users.

In terms of system integration, special attention was given to linking the case management system with the Client Gateway service. Based on specific needs and a client-centric approach, we developed custom portlets and integration solutions that enabled efficient and coordinated operations across various systems.

Result: We are proud of our decade-long collaboration with AJBH, providing complex solutions that support the institution's objectives and user needs. The project was executed in the public sector, where custom portlets, accessibility improvements, and system integration contributed to more efficient administration and service development. Through this partnership, Webtown has also contributed to the institution's digital growth and modernization.
