The Project

K&H Bank sought to create a new multifunctional portal on its digital platform, aiming to make every necessary function accessible to customers during their daily financial activities. The bank looked for a solution that facilitates user-friendly account opening, provides information on relevant products and services based on customer goals, and assists in locating the nearest bank branch through an interactive map.

The Solution

In response to these challenges, the Webtown team chose the Liferay platform, enabling K&H Bank to offer a personalized user experience across all devices. Leveraging the Liferay platform, they developed an application that streamlines the online account opening process and provides additional tools for customers to explore relevant products and services. Integrating an interactive map and route planner further reinforced customer-centricity, allowing K&H Bank's digital platform to fully support its business objectives and enhance the overall customer experience.
