UX/UI Story: Part Two - The Problem Wasn't the Product, It Was How People Had to Choose

When decisions get simpler, people move forward
The problem wasn't the product. It was how people had to choose.
Everything was technically available in this case. The issue was that users faced too many decisions at once, without any real guidance through them. So instead of adding more features or content, we reworked the flow itself: broke the process into smaller steps, made it clearer what each choice actually meant, and kept price and configuration visible along the way.
Nothing revolutionary. But it made the experience easier to follow, and more importantly, easier to act on.
When users don't have to figure everything out on their own, they're far more likely to move forward. Most platforms try to solve this by adding more information. In practice, the fix usually comes down to making the decisions themselves simpler, not explaining more of them.
We'll share what impact this had in the next part.
